*We will do our best to assist with crisis and emergency requests ONLY during our temporary hold. Please contact Russell at Russell@theraisefoundation.org or 949.757.3635 x118 with your emergency request. Please include your client’s current situation with your request. Please be aware that you may be asked to complete a form once your case has been reviewed and approved.*

Working with over 50 agencies to reach those in need, the Caring for Kids Community collects and distributes basic needs items such as furniture, home goods, food and personal items to families all over Orange County.

-Requests will be processed in order of receipt at our earliest convenience.

-An email confirmation will be sent to you once your request is ready to be picked up. Please do not arrive for pickup without receiving the confirmation email first, as your order will not be ready.

-Please allow at least 5 business days from the date of your submission to follow up on the status.  Due to varying schedules, we try to process the requests Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

-Completed orders must be picked up within 3 business days of the email confirmation or it will be returned to the inventory.

-Please email CaringForKids@theraisefoundation.org or call (949) 757-3635 x119 with any questions.

-Orders can be picked up at 1920 East Warner Avenue, Suite A, Santa Ana, 92705 after you’ve received a confirmation email.

-If you are picking up a larger item, please bring someone with you who can help lift as we cannot guarantee we will have a staff member available.
