Orange County Community Organized for Responsible Development (OCCORD) is hosting a Citizenship Fair on Saturday, Sept. 29 at the North Orange County Community College District. The fair will offer free services to prepare the N-400 naturalization application, legal assistance if needed, and the opportunity to register for classes that prepare the applicant for the interview process. All the services are free of charge.
